Extension and kitchen fitting

We were recommended to this client after cowboy builders had caused devastation and dismay in recent months.

They had left behind them piles of rubble, leaking drains, a leaking roof, an unfinished kitchen, plus financial angst and heart ache for the occupiers. To say nothing of letters from Manchester City Council Building Control department for noncompliance of building regulations.

Perhaps no surprise then that the client, along with others, has been approached by Channel 5’s Cowboy Builders Dominic little and Melinda Messenger who are investigating this cowboy who has left people in all parts of Manchester and Cheshire in the lurch.

The first step in this project was to reassure the client that we are not all cowboys. PGS Services helped rebuild the clients trust and confidence when dealing with trades people in their home. This achieved, we set about rebuilding and finishing their dream property.

We fixed the leaks, replaced the roof, finished the kitchen, repaired the damage which had been done, fitted bespoke furniture and cleared four skips of rubble left behind by these cowboys. Finally we levelled the garden, fitting new fences, gate and patio area and finished things off with laying artificial grass.
