Stunning kitchen transformation.

We’ve recently provided our clients with a nice surprise on their return from a three-week holiday.

Having completed all the planning and designs, prior to their departure, PGS were tasked with transforming the kitchen to be ready for when they got back. No mean achievement.

We immediately stripped out the old kitchen wall, floor tiles and laminate.

We then removed the existing French doors and window from the rear elevation and formed a new six metre wide opening, reinforced the foundations and inserted a steel goal post frame to take the new triple glazed sliding patio door that had been chosen.

We then built a stud wall on the rear walls and completed all the necessary new plastering, electrics and plumbing for the modern kitchen

Floor tiles were laid and oak flooring installed in some parts and all decoration was complete leaving a stunning new cooking and dining space.

It’s always quite nice to get back from holiday, but it’s not often it comes with the added benefit of a stunning kitchen transformation into the bargain.

The clients were delighted with their new surroundings and the quality of the work and impressed with the efficient turn round.

They were also happy to learn that, as requested, we’d even fed the dog every day whilst they’d been away…….
